Your 797 approval notice will have updated I94 which will supercede your previous I94. The new attached referes to your 797 number starting with "RAC" or "WAC" like that.
You need to submit this one too along with any old ones you have when you leave the country.

What is the normal time frame for receiving AP papers?
My wife's AP papers were mailed on 17th Sep but we are still waiting for them.
Are they sent to applicants home or attorney's office?

I completely disagree..There is this huge debate in IV about EB2 & EB3 IN. Everyone is looking at the dates and predicting that EB2 I will be current sometime in '09. This is perceived as injustice to EB3. What people don't realize is that USCIS is not processing. What good is a forward movement if there are no tangible benefits for folks who have already filed AOS.
Forward movement in Sep VB magnifies the USCIS inefficiencies. Despite the rhetoric on the board, this is -ve development in my view. Empirical evidence suggests that there are 1000s of cases pending for pre 06 EB2I & C and yet USCIS could not get that back log cleared. They obviously could not process enough to exhaust the available visa numbers and thus the forward movement by DOS.
This bodes well for CP filers…good for them.

Based on available numbers, EB3 India / China will see rapid movement in dates April 09 Visa Bulletin onwards.
What will happen during 2009 in all likely hood is the following,

Some of EB1 and all of EB2 spillover will go to EB2 IN/CH (~ 10k to 15k)
In 2009, there will be no more Name Check delays - therefore expect rapid EB3 approvals after April 09.

Absolutely. Assuming your I-140 is approved/approvable and will not be withdrawn, you will be able to AC21 to your new position after 180 days of I-485 pending. And the best thing, it will only depend on similarity of the job, and no ability to pay questions. Good luck!

I think Acceptance agents are different than the IRS authorized banks. Agents would merely accept W-7 forms... Where as bank would accept W-7 froms to open a chacking a/c or savvings a/c. More light on acceptance agents would be appreciated.

I am sorry, I did not chose my words carfully enough, it is Sugested that you atlest can make a Flexible website that anybody can update imformation. this is where XML and XSLT come in, XML can hold data and is widly used for almost anything, XSLT can transform XML into XHTML or HTML, PHP would be used for anything that you would not like to have Stadic (just look at the Server side fourm) Once again I did not pick the best words, and I am sorry for that. After deciding to buy the Nikon D70 I began to read a number of posts to the pReview forum that had D70 owners citing backfocusing problems with their new D70s. All resorted to sending their cameras to the Nikon Service Center for repair. All reported at least some measure of correction but some indicated they could not achieve precise focus within the DOF for each of the Nikon compatible lenses they owned and are useable with the D70.
I own two Sonys (the F707 and the V1). Both, in my view achieve remarkable clarity, color and brightness right out of the box. AF on both is, again in my view, is extraordinary. So, I would be very disappointed if I were to spend 1500 or more bucks (with some accessories) to arrive at inferior imagery.
It is possible what I am reading is the view of purists who are able to "see" focus flaws that the more casual, but still demanding, amateur photogs would dismiss?
Has anyone out there had experience with the backfocusing problem to which I refer?

My Birth Certificate is in the Regional Language of the State that I was born in India. The name of my parents are in English and misspelled. please advice what additional supporting documents do I need to submit for filing I-485.

You have to contact a certified foreign language translator in your area and get your document translated in to English, but I am not sure how to handle the spelling mistake issue. However, spelling mistake in parents name is not a major issue, and USCIS will send RFE when there is a spelling mistake in applicants' names.

Would request you to elaborate a bit.
Note that I am not using either my EAD or my AP. All I am using is H1-B and my Canadian Passport to enter and leave US. Most people on the Canadian US border to that.
Also, I commute to US everyday to work, which is less than an interval of 12 hours.

At what point of GC process you don't need your lawyer anymore? Is it true that after filing I-485, and if everything is smooth with ur case, you don't need lawyer.
